Case Study 1 - One of our client is actively involved in one primary Bitrix account, which is dedicated to her main client. However, she also has responsibilities for three other clients, each of which has their separate Bitrix accounts. The constant need to switch between different Bitrix accounts for each client, resulting in missed messages, updates, and a significant loss of efficiency. With FusionBot, messages from all her client accounts are consolidated into her primary active account.
Case Study 2 - A client primarily use Bitrix as their central working platform. However, they often need to switch between WhatsApp and email for external communication. This fragmentation causes inefficiency, data scattering across platforms, and the risk of messages being lost or overlooked. Therefore, we introduce them our FusionBot. The client can now create a dedicated chatbot for each client, naming the bot after the client, and integrate it with Bitrix account. Then, they just need to reply to Whatsapp messages within their Bitrix account and FusionBot will efficiently transmit the message back to the user in WhatsApp.

Case Study -In a thriving flour milling company with a wide distribution network spanning multiple countries, including Indonesia and Vietnam, a unique challenge emerged regarding the handling of delivery receipts and notes. Lorry drivers, with varying levels of tech-savviness, were responsible for collecting and transmitting these documents to the respective finance department. Many drivers lacked digital communication skills, causing delays. Additionally, the finance department struggled with manually inputting those delivery notes. To address this issue, we built this tool for them. Lorry drivers can now send delivery receipts via WhatsApp, where the tool converts the images to text and forwards them to the correct finance department. This streamlines the process, making it more efficient for both parties.
