Install and Setup
Once installed, the system will create 2 additional fields in Company to capture BRN and TIN number. Do ensure you fill up the above 2 fields so that e-Invoice can be sent to LHDN MyInvois portal.
Seamless Integration to LHDN MyInvois
Continue to create invoice in Bitrix24 as usual. Once the invoice is approved, it will transmit the invoice information to LHDN MyInvois portal.
Guide to logging into LHDN MyInvois portal
Nov 2024 - Must log in as company director at MyTax portal and then generate the security certificate and accept terms and condition. Make sure you toggle to corporate entity in Profile when generating the e-Invoice.
Setting up ERP in myInvois to get secret key and token
Setup inhttps://preprod.myinvois.hasil.gov.my/ under view tax payer profile -> representative -> register ERP.
Customer Party Portal
Customers will have access to view invoices issued by suppliers on the myInvois portal, with the option to use a date filter for easier viewing.
