This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Fusioneta Sdn Bhd ("Fusioneta") for the Fiuu payment integrator software application ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Fusioneta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Fiuu software solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device owned or controlled by you.

2. Restrictions

a. No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Fiuu software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

b. No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Fiuu software.

c. No Modifications: You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Fiuu software.

3. Ownership

The Fiuu software is licensed, not sold, to you for use solely under the terms of this Agreement. Fusioneta retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Fiuu software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Fusioneta if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Fiuu software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE FIUU SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUSIONETA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, REGARDING THE FIUU SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FUSIONETA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE FIUU SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fusioneta regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

9. Changes to this Agreement

Fusioneta reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, Fusioneta will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Fusioneta's sole discretion.
