The Leadership for Digital Transformation

A recent article from Harvard Business Review (HBR) discussed the best type of person that should lead an organizations’ digital transformation. The article described two distinct scenarios and the possible outcomes that it led to.

One and which will definitely be the majority choice - someone young with deep knowledge and experience in digital

Another would be someone with lack of knowledge and experience in digital but understand the operation and keen to learn.

The choice seems to be easy, right ?

Digital transformation is a business transformation.

The basic elements must be align and onboard (by educating and persuasion) with the transformation - product, customer services, systems, team management, leadership and others.
